Credit card payments are subject to a a surcharge of 2.6% on the total order. However, debit cards (eg. Visa Delta) and other methods of payment are not subject to this charge. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us before sending payment, as delivery times and carriage costs can vary greatly.

  • All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Please bear in mind that if you are ordering from abroad, you are unlikely to have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax). Remember also that these prices do not include carriage. Call or email us for a comprehensive quote.

  • When transporting synthesisers to and from us, carriage charges may be expensive, especially if you are transporting a large flight-cased synth. Please contact us, and we will recommend a reliable courier. We can arrange carriage with a suitable courier, on your behalf, for synthesisers sent from within the United Kingdom. However, please note that we do not accept any responsibility for damage caused by the courrier.

  • As a general rule, we do not retrofit synths from abroad, however we can probably put you in touch with a suitable local engineer.
